Last updated: [DATE]. These terms apply when you book Kestrel Lane Exterior Cleaning Ltd (“we”) to clean surfaces at your property. Your written quote takes priority over this page if the two ever disagree.
Guide prices and quotes
The guide prices on this website are ranges from typical jobs, not offers. Your price is the fixed figure in your written quote, which is valid for [e.g. 30 days]. If we find something on the day that the quote couldn’t have known about — for example a surface that is much larger than described — we stop and agree any change with you before carrying on.
What we need from you
- Access to the areas being cleaned, and to an outside tap.
- Vehicles, pots and furniture moved off the areas being cleaned, unless we’ve agreed otherwise.
- Telling us about anything fragile, loose, or recently repaired before we start.
Weather and rescheduling
Some work can’t be done in heavy rain, frost or high wind. If the weather rules out your booked day, we rearrange at no cost. [Say whether you charge for cancellations with less than a set amount of notice.]
Existing condition
Cleaning can reveal existing damage that dirt or moss was hiding — cracked tiles, loose pointing, worn sealant, or failing render. We point out anything we notice and photograph it, but we aren’t responsible for damage that was already there.
Payment
[State when payment is due, e.g. on completion, and how you accept it. State any deposit for larger jobs.]
Complaints
If you aren’t happy with the result, tell us within [e.g. 7 days] with photos and we’ll come back to look. [Describe your re-clean or refund policy.]
Insurance
